An OutKast Collaboration Was On 2Pac’s Wish List

2Pac is widely considered to be one of the greatest hip-hop artists of all time, and though he was able to record a ton of material while he was alive, there was much that he left undone. Diehards already know about ‘Pac’s plan for a collaborative album title One Nation with Buckshot and his Boot Camp Clik, but on Friday (Feb. 6) new details surrounding that album emerged.
It turns out that 2Pac had plans to collaborate with OutKast on that project as well. On Monday, The “All Eyez on Me: The Writings of Tupac Shakur” exhibit dedicated to 2Pac opened up at the Grammy Museum, and all the nostalgia has been spreading with letters and details surrounding the rapper’s life popping up.
Today, hip-hop blog 2Dopeboyz posted a letter reportedly written by Shakur, and in it he tells a friend about his hope to work with Big Boi and André 3000. As far as we know, that wish never came to fruition, but the thought alone is enough to excite fans.
