Wande Coal Parts Ways With His Manger (Bankulli Entertainment)
Nigerian Pop star, Wande Coal has ended his relationship with handlers, Bankulli Entertainment led by Oluwaseun Abisagboola. We gathered exclusively that the 2-year relationship between the ‘Baby Hello’ singer and the new management has
officially packed up as a result of irreconcilable differences and failure to reach a compromise on a number of issues. According to a source close to both parties, ‘Wande Coal and Bankulli have been having issues for a while now largely due to attitude problems from Wande, but now they've finally parted ways when all efforts to resolve the matter amicably failed’. Wande Coal parted ways with the Don Jazzy led Mavin records in July 2013, and he immediately floated his own record label called ‘Black Diamond’ and he pitched his tent with Bankulli Entertainment as his management company. Before Bankulli began to manage Wande Coal, he was previously managed by Nana Abbey who had been his manager since his days in Mo’hits records, and investigations also reveals that he parted ways with Nana amidst controversial circumstances. A source, who spoke to us on the condition of anonymity, said: ‘Wande Coal had initially gone to have a meeting with Bankulli about 5 months before he left Mavin about 5 months earlier and he already had his exit strategy from Mavin well planned, but he just doesn’t take things too serious’. Recall that Bankulli was the A&R manager at Mo’hits before he became D'banj’s manager in 2012 following the controversial Mo’Hits break up and parted ways with the Kokomaster in early 2013.
